Live Stream Pack Opening:

• Packs purchased from The Johto Collective will be opened on live streams by default, providing an engaging and interactive experience for our customers. If you have a specific request to keep your pack sealed, please contact us before the scheduled live stream/opening.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable:

• Once a pack is opened on a live stream, the cards inside are considered damaged and, therefore, non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy includes all cards, including those obtained in special pull boxes, pull towers and duck races.

Non-Exchangeable:

• Due to the nature of our rip’n’ship business and the unique content inside each pack, we cannot offer exchanges for opened packs or individual cards.
