Shipping Destinations:

  • The Johto Collective currently ONLY ships Australia Wide.

Live Stream Pack Openings:

  • Packs purchased from The Johto Collective will be opened on live streams by default. If you have a specific request to keep your pack sealed, please contact us before the scheduled live stream/opening.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Delivery Time:

  • The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • The Johto Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. (via Australia Post).

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. The Johto Collective is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
